Those
exhibiting nutriton projects should bring:
1. Plan of food for one day in menu form, including snacks if
usually eaten.
2. One prepared food item from one of planned menus (family size, not individual)
in serving dish.
3. One place setting for service of meal.
4. Appropriate tablecloth/mat; centerpiece is optional.
5. Members are expected to know the food groups and number of servings required
daily.
6. Members in intermediate and advanced projects are expected to know the
nutrients and what
they provide the body.

- We offer over 200 different
4-H projects.

clubs are spread throughout the county and we can
help you find one in your area!
