Print out this form, complete the application and return to the County Extension Office by: January 1, 2002

ELIGIBILITY: Any Darke County 4-H member, age 14 and older, interested in promoting 4-H Nutrition and Clothing projects and activities.

REQUIREMENTS: Members must be enrolled in nutrition or clothing projects and be willing to develop and present educational activities to 4-H clubs in Darke County when requested. The board will be involved in various community service projects throughout Darke County. Members will participate in the Back to School Clothing Revue during the fair.
