Please be sure that you print each document. Darke County 4-Hers will need to print the In County Registration form. 4-H members from other counties will need the Out of County Registration form.

Completed forms should be sent, along with check payable to the Darke County 4-H Horse Committee to OSU Extension, Darke County, 603 Wagner Avenue, Greenville, OH 45331.

Registration deadline is May 16, 2008.
