Send Your Thank You Notes!

Thank you notes are crucial in helping us to maintain the number of sponsors and donors who support our programs and events.  Without their support, many of the awards we are able to present would be not possible.

The Junior Fairboard will be seeking trophy donors in the near future and your written thank you note will go a long way in ensuring the future support of our 4-H and Junior Fair programs.

Ads in the newspaper and signs above pens are great, but don’t let these replace a simple handwritten “thank you”.

A Weather Reminder

Just a reminder about our meeting policy during inclement weather: If Greenville City Schools are closed due to winter weather conditions, any meetings that Rhonda has scheduled at the Extension Office will be not be held.  Examples: Jr. Fairboard, 4-H Committee, counselor meetings, Goat Committee, Horse Committee, Dog Committee, etc.

We will also attempt to have WTGR announce any weather related closings on their station at 97.5FM.

Use your own judgment when deciding whether or not to attend.  I know that weather conditions can vary greatly from one end of the county to the other.
