Dear
Reader,
Horse Camp will be
held June 13-15, at the fairgrounds. My thanks to the Horse Committee
for planning and conducting this event. Thanks, also, to the Senior
Fairboard for allowing us to use the fairgrounds for this hands-on, educational
event.
Included with this
newsletter is a schedule for county judging. Please encourage your
4-Hers with non-livestock projects to participate in this event.
The experience of speaking with a judge and talking about their projects
will help 4-Hers to acquire valuable skills that will last a lifetime.
In closing:
“We make a living
by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”
—Winston Churchill
Sincerely,
Rhonda
