March 2008
Dear Reader,
Congratulations to
everyone who will receive recognition for their 2007 accomplishments during
our Spring Kick Off on Sunday, March 2. This event begins at 2:00pm
at All Seasons Place, Greenville. Just a reminder: 4-H Clubs are
asked to provide one or two non-perishable door prizes. Special appreciation
goes to the 4-H Committee for organizing and conducting the event.
4-H Camp Counselors
are hard at work planning this year’s camp. They have chosen “Down on the
Farm” as this year’s theme. Look for additional information in the coming
months.
In closing:
“Hard work spotlights
the character of people: Some turn up their sleeves, some turn up their noses,
and some don’t turn up at all.”
-- Sam Ewig
Sincerely,
