May 2007

Dear Reader,

The month of May is upon us, which means school will soon be out for the summer.  It’s hard to believe that it is this time of year already - time really flies when you are having fun!

Speaking of fun, lots of 4-H and Jr. Fair events and activities will be taking place during the summer.  These include the Public Speaking Contest, Horse Camp, Sewing Camp, Nutrition Camp, 4-H Camp, livestock skillathons and much more! Check the calendar for a complete list.

Remind your members to send thank you notes to last year’s sponsors and donors.  It only takes a few minutes to let someone know how much you appreciate their support.

To those of you who will graduate with the Class of ‘07: Congratulations and Best Wishes as you begin the next phase of your life!

In closing:
"Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it."      - Maya Angelou

Sincerely,
