Dear Reader,
End of the year packets are ready
to be picked up at your earliest convenience. These packets include
premium checks, as well as county judging score sheets, membership pins, certificates
and other miscellaneous items that belong to each club.
Just a reminder that all clubs
are required to submit their secretary and treasurer records for 2007 to our
office by January 18, 2008. Any club that does not submit their records
will not be granted operating status for 2008.
If your club has been maintaining
proper records throughout the year, this requirement should not require any
additional or last minute work on the part of your officers.
In closing:
"To serve is beautiful, but only
if it is done with joy and a whole heart." - Pearl S. Buck
Sincerely,
Rhonda M. Williams
