Mindful Breathing

Roseanne Scammahorn, PhD, Family and Consumer Sciences Educator from the Darke
County Ohio State University Extension, returns for the second installment of her
Wellness series. In this session she will explain how mindful breathing, a very basic
yet powerful mindfulness meditation practice, can help ease us into a sense of calm,
helping to reduce anxiety, depression, stress, and even chronic pain over time.
