Pre-registration and pre-payment are required. There is a small fee of $30 to attend. Registration includes any included materials. Each participant will receive the Core book and 1 additional book.
You may choose to pay for your registration by check or pay online with a credit card at the end of this registration. The payment method selected will present you with any needed details. PLEASE NOTE: Whichever payment method you choose, registration is not complete until the fees are paid.
