Food safety training provides managers, operators, and owners with accurate, up-to-date information.  Upon successful completion of the course and exam, participants receive a Certificate of Completion from ServSafe and an Ohio Food Protection Card from ODH. Complete the online course at your own speed  at a time that works for your schedule. Once training is completed, take an in-person proctored certification exam at the OSU Extension, Miami County office. Testing offered as needed, contact the Miami County OSU Extension Office at 937-440-3945.
