TAI CHI FOR BEGINNERS

Tai Chi is an exercise program for the health of the mind and body. Through fluid movements, controlled breathing, and mental concentration participants integrate their mind and body in an ancient Chinese art. Tai Chi decreases arthritis pain, helps prevent falls, increases flexibility, and improves mental and physical balance. Exercises can be done in a seated position or standing up.

COST: No charge. This series of classes is courtesy of OSU Extension.
Please register by January 17 to reserve your spot! The first 25 will be guaranteed attendance and receive a class Zoom link.
