FOR 2020 ONLY: DUE TO RESTRICTIONS RELATED TO COVID-19, THE ENROLLMENT DEADLINE FOR DARKE COUNTY 4-H HAS BEEN EXTENDED FROM APRIL 1 TO MAY 1.
Please be aware that even though the 4-H enrollment deadline has been extended, current possession dates and fair rules for project animals intended for fair exhibition remain in effect.
Beginning in 2020, Darke County 4-H is switching to online 4-H enrollment for everyone except first year 4-H members. First year members are defined as someone who has not previously been enrolled in 4-H. First year members will need to submit a paper enrollment form to their club advisors. Enrollment forms can be found HERE.
All 4-H members and volunteers who were in 4-H in 2019, already have a profile in the 4-H Online Database. NO ONE SHOULD CREATE A NEW PROFILE. In order to enroll, you will need to know your family email address currently in the database. This email will be the one that was put on last year's paper enrollment form. If you do not know your family email, CONTACT US and we can give you that information.
You will start by clicking the button next to "Forgot my Password." Enter your family email and click the "Send Password" button. If you receive an error message, the family email address you are using is not correct in our database. CONTACT US and we can fix it for you. Once you have your password, login as Family and continue the enrollment process. Please look below for helpful instructions on how to proceed.

Once you have completed your enrollment, your club leader will review the information. If anything needs to be changed, they will contact you. Once your information is correct, your club leader will confirm your enrollment. Once your club has confirmed your enrollment, the Extension Office will confirm your membership for the county. As long as your enrollment information is completed by May 1, you will be enrolled in Darke County 4-H (even if your membership has not yet been confirmed). Anyone interested in enrolling after May 1 will need to submit a paper form to the Extension Office. Anyoe who enrolls after May 1 will not be eligible for Jr. Fair participation in 2020. Please do not wait until May 1 to enter. The system will lock at midnight on May 1.
