The Cheryl Leugers Memorial 4-H Community Service Award 

This award is designed to recognize clubs that have conducted community service projects or activities.  One recipient will be selected and will be recognized during the spring kick-off program in March.  Completed applications are due to the Extension Office by 4:30pm on Friday, January 22, 2022.

The Sharon Fourman Memorial 4-H Volunteer of the Year Award

This award recognizes 4-H volunteers who have gone above and beyond in their contributions to the 4-H program.  It is named in honor of Sharon Fourman, who served as a 4-H volunteer in Darke County for 30 years.  Sharon volunteered her time and talents to many different aspects of the 4-H program, as well as community organizations.  Sharon is fondly remembered for her love of 4-H, her sense of humor, and her contagious laughter!  One recipient will be selected and will be recognized during the spring kick-off program in March.  Completed applications are due to the Extension Office by 4:30pm on Friday, January 22, 2022.

Darke County 4-H Alumni Award

This award is presented to a Darke County 4-H alumnus who has demonstrated distinctive achievement in their career or community service and who attributes part of their success to their participation in the Darke County 4-H Program.  One recipient will be selected and will be recognized during the spring kick-off program in March.  Completed applications are due to the Extension Office by 4:30pm on Friday, January 22, 2022.
